Yes! Nico Atelier offers free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery Time: 6-8 business days after processing.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days.
What is the order closing time?
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed on the same business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
Are there any additional customs fees?
No, all product prices include customs duties, so you won’t face any extra charges upon delivery.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) for a transparent shopping experience.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.
What should I do if my package is delayed?

Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
What are the return conditions?
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?

- Receive Return Instructions – We will send you instructions via email.
- Package Your Return – Securely pack the item for return.
- Print the Prepaid Shipping Label – Provided via email.
- Drop Off the Package – Send it back using the nearest shipping carrier.
Who covers the return costs?
- Defective Products: No cost to return.
- Customer Remorse (Changed Mind): No cost to return.
- Restocking Fee: No cost.
How will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 10 days after receiving the return.
- The refund will be issued in EUR (€).
Can I exchange an item?
- Only defective items can be exchanged. They will be replaced with an identical item of the same size.
- Since all items are made to order, non-defective items are non-returnable.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@nico-atelier.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, they are processed for shipping.
